3 Tools to Manage Professional Instagram Profiles

Table of Contents

Instagram is one of the most popular social networks at the moment. Managing a personal account is very simple — you just need a smartphone, download the app, create a username, and let your imagination run wild with your phone’s camera.

What made this platform so famous is that becoming a popular Instagrammer doesn’t require advanced photography skills. It’s all about imagination and creativity. You can post personal photos or videos, interesting images, landscapes, everyday scenes, etc. Simply capture what catches your attention, add a filter, include a descriptive caption along with one or more hashtags to join a conversation or community — and that’s it. You’re up and running.

However, when using Instagram professionally, it’s helpful to know certain tools that make it easier to manage one or multiple accounts and schedule posts to publish at any time — whether we’re working or not.

In this article, we recommend three important tools for managing professional accounts:

SCHEDUGRAM

Schedugram is a tool created by an Australian company that allows you to manage multiple Instagram accounts from a computer and schedule images to be published whenever you choose.

The tool is simple and intuitive. One drawback is that it does not allow you to use Instagram’s native filters. It offers its own filters, but they are somewhat limited.

As with most good tools, it is paid. The minimum cost is €16 per month per account (for accounts with up to 10,000 followers). The maximum cost per account is €88 (for accounts with more than 1 million followers). If you want to manage multiple accounts, you pay per account depending on the number of followers.

LATERGRAM

Latergram works similarly to Schedugram, allowing you to schedule Instagram posts.

Unlike the previous tool, it can be used both via a mobile app and a web version. Latergram allows up to 30 free posts per month. If you want more posts or to manage additional accounts, plans start at $19 per month (around €17). For managing multiple accounts, there are plans priced at $29 and $49 per month.

ONLYPULT

In my opinion, this is the most complete of the three. Onlypult allows you to manage multiple Instagram accounts, publish from its web platform, and schedule posts for later publication.

Unlike the previous tools, Onlypult also includes analytics, allowing you to track follower growth and analyze post performance. While not the most advanced Instagram analytics available, it’s a valuable addition to the service.

Onlypult offers paid plans only (with a 7-day free trial). The most affordable plan allows you to manage three accounts, schedule posts, and be managed by one user, costing $12 per month (just over €10). The most advanced plan (allowing management of 20 accounts and up to three team members) costs $39 per month (approximately €35).

Which of these three tools would you choose to manage your Instagram account?
